Weekly Service
Our core service. Every week we visit, take care of the water, and keep an eye on the equipment.
- Testing and balancing chlorine, alkalinity, pH, and conditioner to industry and government standards
- Skimming floating debris from the surface
- Brushing the tile line and walls
- Vacuuming or leaf-bagging the floor as needed
- Letting you know about problems we see, like equipment that’s about to fail

Repairs and Equipment
When something stops working, we find out why and fix it. We work on pumps, filters, heaters, and the other equipment that keeps your water moving and clean, and we’ll tell you honestly whether a repair or a replacement makes more sense.
Repairs over $1,000 are always approved by you first, except in an emergency.
Openings and Closings
East Tennessee winters are hard on pools. We open your pool in the spring with clean, balanced water and working equipment, and close it in the fall so it comes through the cold without damage.
Remodels
Renovations and upgrades for existing pools and spas, including anti-entrapment drain renovations that bring older pools up to current safety requirements. We’ll walk the project with you and give you a written estimate before any work starts.
Fountains and Water Features
If it has water and equipment, we can keep it running. We service and repair fountains, streams, ponds, and other water features for homes and businesses.
